Making Resource Connections

in Your Community

If you are the spouse or adult child of a person with memory problems, this fair will provide you with important information from local agencies who can help you care for your loved one.  Our goal is to help you and your family cope with these memory problems in a healthy way.

This FREE EVENT will feature:

Light Refreshments

A Copy of “The Caregiver’s Handbook”

(English or Spanish version)
