Parking Structure I

This project is the first of at least six planned parking structures on the campus for full development. The structure will be built on the existing 577 space Lot N.  The structure was originally approved for the 2007/08 Capital Outlay Program for 2,800 spaces and will be built in two phases. The first phase structure will provide 1,615 spaces to support the growth in FTES.

The delivery method for this project will be broken into two phases. Phase One will consist of a traditional design-bid-build delivery method for the site improvements. Phase Two will consist of the parking structure that will be design-build.
