The proposed project, which is the first phase of a master planned complex of buildings, courtyards and patios provides meeting accommodations and dining opportunities for campus and community members.  The 3,238 square feet main building includes a great room for meeting and dining, a commercial kitchen, foyer, and support areas.  The compex will also include a 600 sf covered patio, a 600 sf Library, a 416 sf Retreat Room and 500 sf Tower Room for University gatherings.  The project will be financed by gift funds.
