Mission
The Office of Planning,
Analysis, and Resource Management is managed by the
University Planning Officer and reports to the
President. The Office is responsible for ensuring that
a campus strategic planning process takes place,
including the development of campus multiyear goals and
objectives. It also performs institutional research
that supports continual improvement of student learning
and effective and efficient services. The management of
these processes supports the institutional self-study
processes required by WASC and other specialized
accrediting agencies, as well as campus performance in
areas identified as strategic priorities. The Office
also administers the annual operating and capital budget
processes and performs fiscal analyses and budgetary
projections. The Office of Planning, Analysis, and
Resource Management ensures the integrity of its
information and provides widespread communication of
planning, analysis, and budget documents.
Vision
The Office of Planning,
Analysis, and Resource Management will promote informed,
effective, and efficient use of university resources to
support the campus mission and vision.
