
General Requirements
You will qualify for
admission as a transfer if you:
·
have completed
at least 60 transferable units by the Spring term prior to Fall
admission or Summer term prior to Spring admission,
· have a
transfer GPA of 2.0 or better (2.4 for non-residents),
· are in
good standing at your last institution of attendance,
· have
completed the four Basic Skills requirements with a C or better, and
· have a
minimum of 30 semester units in General Education.
The four Basic Skills requirements
are:
1.
Oral
Communication
2.
Written
Communication
3.
Critical
Thinking
4.
College
Mathematics
Upper Division Transfer Students are
expected to have completed 30 semester units of general education
requirements with a grade of C or better prior to transfer.
Transcript Requirements
Students with 60 or more transferable
units by the cut-off term (listed under General Requirements above) do
not need to submit SAT scores or High School transcripts. If you have
taken an Advanced Placement exam and scored 3 or better, you are
encouraged to submit an official score report so that we can award
credit. You must submit transcripts from all college and university
institutions you have previously attended.
