My primary role is in the development of a comprehensive Supplemental Instruction Program here on the CSUSM campus. I serve as a liason between faculty, administrators, and the SI leaders. As overall coordinator, I direct all phases of SI including; identifying courses suitable for support, hiring and training SI leaders, budget design and analysis, provide written materials including training manuals and program descriptions to students, faculty or administration, identify and secure campus resources. In order to effectively evaluate the SI program, I implement surveys at multiple stages of each semester for raw data collection and analysis and submit reports regarding program successes.

As Assistant Supervisor of the Supplemental Instruction Program, I serve as the coordinator of the SI leader activities including a role in hiring, training, and implementation of the SI sessions. In addition, I assist the Supervisor in the clinical management of the SI program as well as evaluation and data collection.
