Project Financial Reports
Project financial reports are available by accessing the Foundation Reports shortcut icon on your computer's desktop. The Foundation will need to install special software on your computer to have the icon appear. If you do not yet have access, please contact Deborah Davis (email or 760-750-4704) or Greg Svatora (email or 760-750-4719) to arrange a time for the installation.
There are three types of reports available for Grants:
Project Detail - Grants
Project Summary Report - Grants
Open Purchase Order
For all other projects (such as Campus Programs):
Project Detail Current Year
Project Detail Prior Years
Project Summary Report
Open Purchase Order
