The goals of the Foundation’s Commercial Operations are to provide the campus community with self-supporting, sensitive and responsive services. The Foundation is responsible for operating the Dome Cafe, Cougar Corner Convenience Store, Starbucks, vending and The University Store. In addition, the Foundation also manages the campus catering program making sure that all caterers are in compliance with Cal State San Marcos insurance requirements.
