MISSION STATEMENT

The Employee Recognition Program was established in the summer of 1996 by the Quality Service Council, and charged with the development of a program that recognizes and rewards employees for outstanding contributions to the campus, and to increase morale throughout the Finance and Administrative Services Division at CSU San Marcos.  Each year a new team is selected to guide the peer recognition program.

The hard work of these teams, combined with active employee participation is the key element of this successful program. 

VISION

On February 25, the Peer Team will open nominations for the following categories: Responsibility, Encouragement, Service, Professionalism, Excellence, Collaborative, Trustworthy, MVP - Manager who is most Valued by their Peers & a new category for the MVSA - Most Valued Student Assistant.  The Peer Team will select one candidate per category.  These eight (8) people will be honored at the Spring Fling on May 9.

The Peer Team will continue with the mission of identifying and rewarding excellence within the FAS division.  If there are any questions or concerns, please let us know.
