Please utilize the following links to help you get started:

1. Print the FacilityMAX Customer Request Entry User's Guide for reference before entering your first work order.

2. You may wish to watch the FacilityMAX Customer Request Entry Training Video.

3. Using your CSUSM network Username and Password, LOGIN to FMAX to enter your Work Request.  Don't forget to add the web address to your favorites.
