Pre-1950 pictures

Included below are a couple of pictures of my parents before I was born and some pictures from my first couple of years.  

This contains the first of the 'four boys' pictures -- there was a family tradition of taking a picture every year or so of my 3 brothers and myself -- I only have some of those pictures.  An interesting thing about the 'four boys' pictures is that once I was able to stand, all pictures were taken with the same pose of us standing in ascending age order (I'm the youngest), shoulder to shoulder.  Besides showing our growth, they're an interesting comment on changes in fashion!  

There was no date on this, but I'm assuming this is from sometime in my mother's 20's

To me this doesn't look like my father (see pictures below), but the note on the back suggested it was

This is my father holding me on February 5, 1948 -- just a few days short of two months after I was born.

There's no date or information on this -- I'm surprised by how light my hair was when I was an infant.

This was taken on Easter day, 1949 (I would have been about 17 months old)
