Board of Directors | |

The Board of Directors guides Associated Students, Inc. and all associated entities. The Board oversees all the main aspects of the organization, including our Programming Board, Cougar Recreation Center, Intramural Sports Program, and Early Learning Center. The Board consists of twenty three members; five student executive positions, thirteen student representative positions, as well as non voting seats for the University President's Designee, the University Chief Financial Officer, an Alumni Association Liaison, an Academic Senate Liaison, and ASI's executive director. All 15 student seats are elected directly by the student body and each member serves a one year term of office. The Board of Directors manages an annual budget upwards of a million dollars which continues to grow annually. Meetings are held every other Friday in the M.Gordon Clarke Field House/University Union from 3:00-5:00pm. |
