Business Services
The ASI Business Center is the informational hub of Associated Students Inc. and the financial hub of student organizations and ASI. The ASI Business Center also serves as an "unofficial" information booth regarding ASI events and programs, servicing an average of one hundred customers daily. The ASI Business Center offers discount amusement park and movie tickets, notary services, copies, posters, faxes, balloons, and stamps to he entire CSUSM and San Marcos Communities.
The ASI Business Center maintains the ASI budget in addition to all of the university recognized student organizations' financial accounts as well. Information, support, and services are provided for ASI nd/or student organization expenditure requests, deposits, invoicing, purchase orders, general account overviews, and petty cash.
The ASI Business Center is also the place to pick up ASI Leadership Funding Board (ALFB) materials. The ALFB provides financial support for programming efforts of recognized student organizations, as well as support for CSUSM students attending professional and leadership development conferences.
The Tukwut Leadership Center
ASI is also the home of the Tukwut Leadership Center. The TLC is located in Commons 207 and is available for any student leader or student organization to utilize for meeting space, poster making or store student organization materials. Student Leaders are encouraged to "hang out" and establish networks with other student leaders/organizations on campus. Students are able to reserve this space on a first come, first served basis through the ASI Business Center.
