CAMPUS HOUSING FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
ATTENDING THE AMERICAN LANGUAGE AND CULTURE INSTITUTE*
Our on-campus housing, University Village Apartments (UVA), is an apartment-style residence. Four to six students live in each apartment. To apply to UVA, ALCI students must plan to attend one complete semester or a full academic year. Second entry and part-time students are not eligible. ALCI students must apply early. UVA fills up quickly.
Each apartment includes:

Private or shared bedrooms.

A kitchen.

A furnished living area.

Furnished rooms.

Air-conditioning.

All utilities (local telephone, high-speed internet, and cable TV).
UVA is managed by a
professional staff, which provides student activities, 24-hour student
services, and quality maintenance.

Cost for Fall 2009 and Spring 2010
$3,125 per
semester for a small shared bedroom
$4,000 per semester for a large shared bedroom
$4,500 per semester for a private bedroom
You must pay for housing
in-full for the duration of your contract. Students will pay for
housing and sign contracts during the first week of the semester. Meals are not
included.
Contracts are issued for:

5 months (Fall or Spring semester),

10 months (Fall and Spring semester / academic year), or
-
12 months (full calendar year).
