ALCI Refund Policy

For all programs, application fees are non-refundable. Before the program start, 100% of tuition will be refunded. There is a $50.00 cancellation charge. Refunds will be mailed within three weeks of written notice.

Students with conditional admission who start ALCI during either the fall or spring second entry start date are required to pre-pay tuition and fees for two semesters.  If students withdraw from the program before the start of the second semester, we will charge a $250 service fee.

If your tuition is paid through a travel agency or sponsor, check the refund policy of that travel agency or sponsor to see if you may receive a refund. In this case, you will not receive a refund from the ALCI or CSUSM UARSC.

After the program start
, if you withdraw during the first week of the Intensive Academic Preparation (IAP) program, you will receive a 75% refund of tuition. If you withdraw during the second week of the IAP program, you will receive a 50% refund of tuition. If you withdraw after the second week, you will not receive a refund. 

After the program start, if you cancel or withdraw during the first day of classes for all other programs, you will receive an 80% refund of tuition. If you cancel or withdraw after the first day, you will not receive a refund.
