Service Sector Management
prepares students for careers in management, consulting, sales, and sales
management. Its emphasis on the core disciplines of marketing and management provides
an extensive insight into what students, as managers, require for developing and
cultivating relationships with employees and customers. Elective courses
provide specialized information in areas including human resources, leadership,
entrepreneurship, and marketing communication.

core can be counted as elective credit. Students in this option cannot take
ACCT 308 for credit. A maximum of 4 units may be taken outside the CoBA with
prior approval of the SSM Option Director.
