Welcome to the CSUSM Payroll Services web page. Payroll Services has three payroll technicians and one administrative support assistant functioning as one team within the department. Each technician is responsible for employees in specific departments of the University (Click here to see a list of departments attributed to each payroll technician). Fellow technicians are also familiar with the departments covered by an individual technician. The purpose of this is to make certain when an employee needs assistance there is always someone available to help them.

Regular hours of operations:
Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Summer hours (June 3 - August 23):
Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. - 6 p.m.
