SUBJECT:            Hiring Freeze

At their May 9, 2005 meeting President Haynes and the Executive Council discussed the status of the campus hiring freeze that was put into effect on November 19, 2004. The following motion was approved: “Effective May 9, 2005, the hiring freeze will be removed and all personnel actions shall follow normal CSU and campus policies and procedures."
