2009 Annual Performance Evaluation Program Schedule for MPP and Confidential Employees
The annual performance evaluation period for all confidential and most MPP employees is July 1, 2008 - June 30, 2009. The annual evaluation cycle for Vice Presidents and Deans is September 1 through August 31.

2009 Annual Evaluation Schedule for Represented Employees

Physicians - Unit 1: April 1, 2008 - March 31, 2009 is the annual performance evaluation period.
Performance Evaluations Due to HREO: Friday - May 22, 2009. -
California State University Employees’ Union (CSUEU) - Units 2, 5, 7 & 9: April 1, 2008 - March 31, 2009 is the annual performance evaluation period. Note: A draft of the performance evaluation must be provided to the employee to provide input for consideration prior to the final evaluation being completed. The employee then has 5 work days to submit his/her input prior to the final evaluation being completed.
Performance Evaluations Due to HREO: Friday - May 22, 2009. -
Academic Professionals of California (APC) Unit 4: April 1, 2008 - March 31, 2009 is the annual performance evaluation period. Note: A draft of the performance evaluation must be provided to the employee to provide input for consideration. The employee then has 14 calendar days to submit a rebuttal prior to the final evaluation being completed.
