MAXIMUM DONATIONS CHART

Catastrophic Leave maximums by Collective Bargaining Agreements:

Unit 1 (Physcians)

Employees may donate a maximum of sixteen (16) hours leave credits per fiscal year in increments of one hour or more. Donations are irrevocable.

Units 2, 5, 7, & 9 CSEA

Employees may donate a maximum of forty (40) hours leave credits per fiscal year in increments of one hour or more. Donations are irrevocable.

Unit 3 (Faculty)

An employee may donate a maximum of sixteen (16) hours of leave credits per fiscal year in increments of one hour or more. Donations are irrevocable.

Unit 4 (Student Services Professional)

Employees may donate a maximum of thirty-two (32) hours of leave credits per fiscal year in increments of one hour or more.  Donations are irrevocable.

Unit 6 (State Employees Trades Council)

Employees may donate a maximum of forty (40) hours of leave credits per fiscal year in increments of one hour or more. Donations are irrevocable.

Unit 8 (Statewide University Police Association)

Employees may donate a maximum of sixteen (16) hours of leave credits per fiscal year in increments of one hour or more. Donations are irrevocable.

Non Represented Employees:  Excluded (E-99), Confidential (C99), Management Personnel Plan (M80), Executive (M98)

Employees in these categories may donate up to 40 hours of leave credits per fiscal year in increments of one hour of more.
