CAREERS TODAY is an electronic journal (e-journal) published during the
academic year. The journal presents studies and essays which review the
realities of the job market and occupations in the business world, industry
trends and career possibilities.
Manuscripts submitted for consideration, not exceeding 3 pages including
footnotes, should be submitted on disk and follow the latest edition of
the American Psychological Association Manual of Style. For publication
you are required to research an occupational field to find out about: labor
market information, occupational outlook, where the jobs are now, future
trends, salaries, what type or how much education, training and certification
is required for the occupation, etc. Sources should include 3-5 articles
or citations from books, directories, etc., 2 electronics resources from
the Internet and an interview with one person from the chosen occupational
field. All submissions will be reviewed by the editor.
